Orders are processed in the order received. Under normal operation we strive to process orders out within 3 business days. This does not apply to PRE-ORDER or NEW DROP items. Unless otherwise stated there is no presumed shipping/pickup timeframe for pre-orders. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read all product descriptions and announcements prior to submitting an order. No refunds will be issued. You may request an exchange for store credit towards a future purchase by emailing info@rcnutritiongroup.com within 24hrs of placing the initial order. 

Shipping and local pick-up options are product specific, and the applicable options will present at checkout. UPS is our Standard Domestic US Shipping carrier. Exceptions : PO/Military boxes are via USPS; International are via FedEx.
